I. Definitions

Advertising Agreement – a contract under which the Publisher provides advertising space and/or advertising services to the Advertiser in exchange for remuneration.

Platforms – websites, mobile sites, applications, newsletters, and digital channels owned or operated by the Publisher.

Advertising Materials – banners, native articles, sponsored content, videos, visuals, and other promotional formats.

II. Conclusion of Agreement

2.1. Advertisers submit an inquiry to: press@dailyinsider.net

2.2. The Publisher provides an offer specifying format, placement, duration, and price.

2.3. Upon acceptance of the offer, an Advertising Agreement is concluded.

III. Advertising Materials

3.1. Advertising materials must comply with the Publisher’s technical specifications.

3.2. The Advertiser is solely responsible for the content of submitted materials.

3.3. The Advertiser guarantees that it owns or lawfully uses all intellectual property rights related to the materials.

3.4. Advertising materials must not:

• violate any applicable laws;
• infringe third-party rights;
• contain defamatory, deceptive, or harmful content.

IV. Rights and Obligations of the Publisher

The Publisher shall:

• publish advertising materials according to the agreement;
• clearly label paid or sponsored content;
• have the right to refuse or remove materials that violate these Terms;
• not be liable for temporary technical unavailability of the Platforms.

V. Rights and Obligations of the Advertiser

The Advertiser shall:

• provide materials within agreed deadlines;
• pay all agreed fees on time;
• indemnify the Publisher against claims arising from the advertising content.

VI. Payments

6.1. Payments are made according to invoice and agreed payment terms.

6.2. The Publisher may suspend publication in case of overdue payment.

VII. Termination

An Advertising Agreement may be terminated:

• upon expiration of its term;
• by mutual written agreement;
• by either party in case of material breach.

VIII. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

IX. Data Protection

The Publisher processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
